Two-Year Warranty

Royal Kinzy watches include a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet or strap hardware under normal use.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Movement failure not caused by impact, moisture misuse, or unauthorized repair
• Defective clasp, crown, bracelet link, or case component on arrival

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear, scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic aging
• Battery replacement, strap wear, or damage from accidents
• Water damage caused by misuse or exposure beyond the watch rating
• Damage from third-party repairs or modifications

How To Start A Warranty Request

Email support@royalkinzy.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Our support team reviews warranty requests within 24-48 business hours, Monday through Friday.

Resolution

If the issue is covered, Royal Kinzy may repair, replace, or refund the item depending on product availability and the nature of the defect.
