SHIPPING POLICY
UNITED STATES ONLY
Royal Kinzy currently ships within the UNITED STATES ONLY.
We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
- Business days: Monday – Friday
- Excluding weekends and public holidays
Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Final delivery within the United States is typically handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another local delivery partner.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
- STANDARD SHIPPING: 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING: 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS, if available
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak seasons, or high order volume.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Typical shipping rates are $5.00 – $50.00.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL with a TRACKING NUMBER.
You may track your shipment through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or 17TRACK.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 HOURS to appear after the package has been shipped.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
If a delay occurs, we will assist you in tracking your order and working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery may be delayed, delivery may fail, or additional reshipping fees may apply.
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
