Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account at My Account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@royalkinzy.com and we will investigate with the carrier as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. RoyalKinzy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately at info@royalkinzy.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
