Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
All original tags are still attached
Item is in its original packaging
You have your order number or purchase confirmation

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items
Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@royalkinzy.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps. Do not ship items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. RoyalKinzy is not liable for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

If your refund has not appeared after 14 business days, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@royalkinzy.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
